  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons of red chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the red chili paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Cook the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  5. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
