- 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

In a bowl, combine the red chili paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.

Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
