How To Make Mini Shepherd’s Pies

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onion, carrot, peas, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

Simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened.

Spoon the meat mixture into individual ramekins or a baking dish.

Top each ramekin with a generous amount of mashed potatoes, spreading them evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the mashed potatoes are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
