Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and let the chutney cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve with your favorite dishes.
