How To Make Cardamom and Honey Glazed Carrots Recipe

Tender roasted carrots with a warm and sweet glaze of honey and cardamom spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of carrots
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of ground cardamom
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Rinse and dry carrots, then cut into thin circles.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, cardamom, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place sliced carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey mixture, tossing to coat evenly.

  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the carrots are tender and lightly browned.

  6. Carefully remove from oven and serve immediately.
