How To Make Sage and Parmesan Crusted Chicken Recipe

Juicy chicken breasts coated in a sage and Parmesan crust, baked to golden perfection.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, sage, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.

  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Serve with your choice of sides.
