  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. In another shallow dish, beat eggs.

  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat in the Parmesan mixture.

  5. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
