How To Make LongHorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken Recipe
Juicy chicken breast coated with parmesan crust.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, and pepper.

In another shallow dish, mix together parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs.

Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and finally into the parmesan mixture.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer chicken to a baking dish and top each breast with 1/2 tbsp butter. Place lemon slices around chicken.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden brown.
