How To Make Sage and Apple Stuffed Pork Chops
Juicy pork chops stuffed with a flavorful apple and sage mixture that’s perfect for a cozy dinner at home.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh sage, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and cut a pocket in each one.

In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, apple, sage, onion, butter and salt to taste.

Fill each pork chop pocket with the mixture and secure with a toothpick.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops on both sides.

Transfer pork chops to a baking dish, and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 145°F.

Allow pork chops to rest for a few minutes before serving.
