  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes.

  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.

  3. Add butter, milk, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and mash until desired consistency.
