Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the chopped sage and olive oil.

  4. Brush the sage and olive oil mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.

  5. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
