Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.

  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  6. Add lemon juice and zest to the skillet and stir to combine.
