Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
