Ingredients

  • 16 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine parsley, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the parsley mixture.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden brown.
