- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tbsp of tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
Instructions

In a food processor, add chickpeas, parsley, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

Pulse until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
