Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp of tahini
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add chickpeas, parsley, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

  2. Pulse until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.

  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. Serve with pita bread or veggie sticks.
