Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish. Trimm the edges.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Stir in the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.

  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
