How To Make Punchy Spinach Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup of spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a food processor, combine the spinach, basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the spinach pesto.

Roll out the pizza dough into a round shape and transfer it to a baking sheet.

Spread a generous amount of the spinach pesto on the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and black olives on top of the pesto.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
