Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  3. Spread the pesto evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pesto.

  5. Top with the chopped artichoke hearts and prosciutto slices.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
