How To Make Potato & Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pizza crust onto a baking sheet.

Spread the basil pesto evenly over the crust.

Arrange the sliced potatoes on top of the pesto.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
