Ingredients
- 500g marrow, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add onion. Saute until golden brown.

Add garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute.

Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and red chili powder. Stir well.

Add marrow cubes and season with salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

Pour coconut milk and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the marrow is tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or bread.
