How To Make Balsamic & Brown Sugar Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Place the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and starting to caramelize.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
