- 1 pound of carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Place the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and starting to caramelize.
