Ingredients

  • 4 small baguettes
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. In a bowl, mix the tuna, marinara sauce, red onion, black olives, cherry tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the baguettes.

  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
