  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.

  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until tender and charred.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving.
