How To Make Vegan Keto Cauliflower Rice Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat up the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and stir for 1 minute.

Add onion and bell pepper, stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add riced cauliflower and continue stirring until the vegetables are soft (around 5-7 minutes).

Add soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
