How To Make Vegan Keto Cauliflower Rice Stir-Fry Recipe

A delicious, vegetable-packed stir-fry that is both vegan and keto-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat up the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute.

  3. Add onion and bell pepper, stir for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add riced cauliflower and continue stirring until the vegetables are soft (around 5-7 minutes).

  5. Add soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
