Ingredients

  • 8 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese and almond milk until smooth.

  3. Add in the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Mix everything together until well combined.

  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth out the top.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden and bubbly.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite veggies or low carb crackers.
