How To Make Recipe Vegan Keto Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs
A low-carb, high-fat treat that satisfies chocolate cravings!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, almond butter, shredded coconut, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Pour mixture into a silicone ice cube tray, filling each section about 2/3 full.

Place tray in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.

Remove tray from freezer and top each fat bomb with a sprinkle of shredded coconut.

Return tray to freezer and freeze for another 20-25 minutes, or until fat bombs are completely firm.

Pop out fat bombs from the tray and store them in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
