How To Make Recipe Vegan Keto Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, almond butter, shredded coconut, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into a silicone ice cube tray, filling each section about 2/3 full.

  3. Place tray in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.

  4. Remove tray from freezer and top each fat bomb with a sprinkle of shredded coconut.

  5. Return tray to freezer and freeze for another 20-25 minutes, or until fat bombs are completely firm.

  6. Pop out fat bombs from the tray and store them in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
