How To Make Vegan Keto Tofu Scramble Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup of chopped veggies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the tofu with your hands and set aside.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  3. Add the crumbled tofu, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Add chopped veggies if using and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  6. Serve hot.
