  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 flax eggs (4 tbsp ground flaxseed, 12 tbsp warm water)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Prepare flax eggs by combining ground flaxseed and warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, flax eggs, and apple cider vinegar to the mixing bowl.

  5. Mix until well combined.

  6. Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

  7. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.

  8. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  9. Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
