- 2 medium zucchini, sliced into fries
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
