How To Make Vegan Air Fryer Chickpea Fritters Recipe
Crispy and delicious vegan fritters made with chickpeas, spices, and breadcrumbs, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mash chickpeas with a fork or a potato masher.

Add breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and olive oil, mix well.

Form the mixture into small patties.

Preheat the air fryer to 375 F.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Place the fritters in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping them over halfway through.
