  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each zucchini round into the beaten eggs and then coat with the almond flour mixture.

  4. Place the coated zucchini rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the zucchini chips are golden and crisp.

  6. Serve immediately.
