Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each zucchini round into the bread crumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.

  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  5. Place the coated zucchini rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.

  6. Spray the tops of the zucchini rounds with cooking spray.

  7. Cook in the air fryer for 6 minutes, then flip the zucchini rounds over and cook for an additional 6 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.

  8. Repeat with the remaining zucchini rounds.

  9. Serve the air fryer zucchini chips hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
