Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  5. Fold in the diced apples.

  6. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.

  7. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.

  8. Cook in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  9. Remove the fritters from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.

  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
