  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well blended.

  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, and garlic powder.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

  6. Serve with your favorite dipping foods such as tortilla chips, pita bread or crackers.
