How To Make Low Carb Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.

Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the chopped tomato, cauliflower rice, chicken broth, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Cover and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Fill each half of the bell peppers with the turkey mixture.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each pepper and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
