How To Make Low Carb Ground Turkey Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Add ground turkey to the pot, breaking it up into small pieces. Cook until browned, stirring frequently.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper to the pot. Stir until well combined.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and let cook for 15-20 minutes until flavors combine.
