  • 16 radishes, sliced
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 8 skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Divide the turkey mixture into 8 portions and form into sausage-like shapes around the skewers.

  4. Add sliced radishes, zucchinis, and red onion to the skewers.
