How To Make Low Carb Ground Turkey and Cauliflower Rice Recipe
Delicious low-carb dish made with ground turkey and cauliflower rice.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until it is browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.

Add cauliflower rice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cauliflower rice is tender.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
