  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Marinara sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and egg.

  3. Mix well until all the ingredients have combined.

  4. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form the turkey mixture into 20 equal-sized meatballs.

  5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  6. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  7. Once browned, transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
