- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned.

Add taco seasoning and cook for another minute.

Meanwhile, rice the cauliflower using a food processor or grater.

Add riced cauliflower to the frying pan and cook until tender.
