How To Make Low Calorie Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 pineapple rings (canned in juice, drained)
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Arrange pineapple rings on the bottom of a 9-inch cake pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over the pineapple.

In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, Greek yogurt, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour cake batter over the pineapple.
