  • 1cupfresh strawberries,sliced
  • cupcottage cheese
  • 2tbspNeufchatel cheese,softened
  • 2packetsstevia powder,or to taste
  • ½tspvanilla extract


  1. Combine strawberries, cottage cheese, Neufchatel cheese, stevia, and vanilla in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth.

  2. Pour into 4 ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight, until solid.
