How To Make Low Calorie Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract.

  3. Add in egg and mix until smooth.

  4. Pour mixture into ramekins.

  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and blueberries on top of the mixture.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.

  7. Let cool and serve.
