Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh raspberries (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Cut open the avocado and remove the pit, then scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.

  2. Add in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Divide the mousse into 4 small bowls or ramekins and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

  4. Top with fresh raspberries (optional) before serving.
