Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

  3. Rub the pork roast with the olive oil and seasoning mixture.

  4. Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
