
How To Make Barbecued Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Sweet and umami-rich flavors are apparent in this barbecued teriyaki pork that’s made with pork tenderloin marinated in teriyaki sauce and onion.

Ingredients
- 2pork tenderloin,(1 pound each), cut in 4 to 5 pieces each
- 2cups*teriyaki sauce,(see Recipe Notes for recipe), ensure it’s thick sauce
- 2large onions,sliced
- 2green onions,sliced, optional
- sesame seeds,for garnish, optional
Instructions

Cut each pork tenderloin into 4 to 5 pieces, pound pork pieces until ½-inch thick.

Marinate pork medallions in teriyaki sauce and onion slices for 4 to 6 hours.

Preheat grill to high. Grill the Pork Medallions on high for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

If desired, place onions on a grill tray and grill for 5 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle pork with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
