  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Coat each pork chop in the almond flour mixture and place in the skillet.

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Transfer pork chops to a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
