- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
