Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, Swerve Brown Sweetener, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl to make the BBQ sauce.

  3. Rub the pork shoulder with the BBQ sauce and wrap it tightly with aluminum foil.

  4. Place it in a baking dish and bake for 6 hours.

  5. Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks.

  6. Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
