Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sweetener
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Combine apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, Swerve Brown Sweetener, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl to make the BBQ sauce.

Rub the pork shoulder with the BBQ sauce and wrap it tightly with aluminum foil.

Place it in a baking dish and bake for 6 hours.

Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks.
