How To Make Keto Hamburger Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Cut off the tops of the bell peppers. Remove the seeds and membranes.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully browned.

Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Mix in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the beef mixture into the bell peppers until almost full.
