How To Make Keto Hamburger Stir-Fry
A flavourful low-carb dish with juicy hamburger meat, colourful vegetables and delicious seasonings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet until fully cooked.

Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes until slightly tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

Pour the sauce over the hamburger mixture and stir to combine.

Let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened and the vegetables are fully cooked.
