How To Make Keto Hamburger Lettuce Wraps

Delicious low-carb hamburger wraps made with crisp lettuce leaves, juicy beef patty, tomatoes, cheese, and special sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands and shape into 4 patties.

  3. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes each side.

  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make the special sauce.

  5. To assemble the wraps, place a lettuce leaf on a plate, then add a slice of tomato and a beef patty, and top with a slice of cheese. Spread the special sauce on top and wrap it up using the lettuce leaf.

  6. Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
