How To Make Keto Hamburger Lettuce Wraps
Delicious low-carb hamburger wraps made with crisp lettuce leaves, juicy beef patty, tomatoes, cheese, and special sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands and shape into 4 patties.

Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes each side.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make the special sauce.

To assemble the wraps, place a lettuce leaf on a plate, then add a slice of tomato and a beef patty, and top with a slice of cheese. Spread the special sauce on top and wrap it up using the lettuce leaf.
