  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

  3. Add in the onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is softened and translucent.

  4. Add in the paprika, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add in the chopped cabbage and stir everything together well.

  6. Cover the skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the cabbage is softened but still has a bit of crunch.

  7. Serve hot.
